Community Guidelines

QuizzyApp works because people publish material other people can trust and study from. These guidelines describe what belongs here and what does not. They form part of the Terms of Service.

Write quizzes people can learn from

• Be accurate. Check your answer key. A confidently wrong answer in a medical or legal quiz is worse than no quiz at all.
• Explain where you can. An explanation turns a wrong answer into a lesson. It is the single biggest quality difference between a good quiz and a forgettable one.
• Write clear questions. One idea per question, unambiguous wording, and options that are actually plausible.
• Say where it applies. Curricula differ by country and institution. If your quiz follows a particular syllabus, say so in the description.
• Do not pad. Duplicate questions, filler, or quizzes generated wholesale and published without review will be removed.

Publish only what you have the right to publish

Do not upload textbook content, past exam papers, question banks, or images you do not own or have permission to use. Writing your own questions based on what you have studied is fine. Copying a publisher's questions verbatim is not, and it is the fastest way to have a quiz removed and an account suspended.

If you believe your material has been published without permission, email support@quizzyapp.net with a link and evidence of your rights.

Not allowed anywhere on QuizzyApp

• Hate speech, or content attacking people based on ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation or disability.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or sharing someone's private information.
• Sexually explicit material, or any sexualised content involving minors — which we report to the relevant authorities.
• Content promoting self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous activity.
• Graphic violence, other than where it is genuinely necessary for a clinical or forensic subject and framed as such.
• Promotion of illegal goods or services, scams, or misleading financial or medical claims.
• Spam, advertising disguised as a quiz, or links to malware or phishing.

Compete honestly

• Do not use a second device, another person, or notes during an attempt run under exam conditions.
• Do not share answers while a competition is live.
• Do not create additional accounts to farm XP, inflate plays, or take more than one entry in a competition.
• Do not use scripts or automation to play.

In study circles

Circles are small, and tone matters more in a small room. Keep discussion on topic, assume good faith of people who are still learning, and do not post other members' material outside the circle without asking. Circle admins can remove members; we can remove circles that repeatedly breach these guidelines.

Reporting

Use the report option on a quiz, profile or circle, or email support@quizzyapp.net. Tell us what you saw and where. We look at every report, and we do not tell the person who reported the outcome for someone else's account.

How we enforce this

Depending on what happened and whether it has happened before, we may remove content, void a competition result, restrict publishing, suspend an account, or withhold creator earnings connected to the breach. Serious cases — particularly anything involving minors — result in immediate removal and, where appropriate, a report to law enforcement.

If you think we have got it wrong, reply to the notice we sent you and we will take another look.
